About This Application
Better Air Northwest uses this Service Business Hub application for Pricing and Contact requests, customer emails and appointment selection. These terms cover this application, including its embedded forms on betterairnorthwest.com. Better Air Northwest’s website Terms & Conditions also apply to its services.
Requests and Appointments
Submitting a form saves a request; it does not book an appointment. A quote’s accepted services, price, exceptions and validity are shown in its confirmation. Appointment choices, when offered, are held only until the stated deadline. An appointment is reserved only after an explicit confirmation succeeds. The office completes any required Housecall Pro handoff separately. For changes or cancellation, contact the office using your request or booking reference.
Google Maps Features
This application includes Google Maps features and content for address suggestions and, when enabled, address verification. Use of those features and content is subject to the current Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy, linked below. A suggested address is not proof of service eligibility. You can enter an address manually; locations that cannot be verified receive office assistance.
Review Use and Communications
The review forms send real customer receipts to the submitted email address. Internal office and archive copies go to the review operator rather than the normal office distribution. Use only contact details you control or are authorized to provide. Service-text and marketing choices are separate; submitting a request or choosing service texts does not grant marketing permission. No SMS or promotional messaging is activated by this review.
